Salteo (“we”) runs this website for our bakery, events, catering and cooking-class business in San Francisco. This policy explains what we collect through the site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join the list: your email address and/or mobile number, the topics you choose, and a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, the time, the page, your IP address and browser). When you send an event enquiry: the details you enter, such as your name, company, contact details, event date, guest count, location, budget and message.

How we use it

To send the updates you asked for, to reply to enquiries and plan events, and to keep records that show you agreed to receive messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

We use service providers to host this site, store submissions and send email and text messages. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete.

Retention

We keep list subscriptions until you unsubscribe and enquiry details for as long as needed to plan and account for an event.
